SHEA has several key educational options for people seeking the latest research, skill-building, and networking opportunities in infection prevention and healthcare epidemiology:

    October 7-11, 2015 • San Diego, California
    This jointly held scientific conference will offer an antimicrobial stewardship  pre-conference session as  well as antimicrobial stewardship sessions throughout  the program and a special poster section on antimicrobial stewardship.

      Antimicrobial Stewardship Workshop: Best  Practices

      Tuesday, October 6, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
      This workshop will cover topics on effective antimicrobial stewardship programs and implementation interventions, strategies for benchmarking antibiotic use, and antimicrobial stewardship interventions for unique populations including outpatient settings and pediatric population.
