Abstract:

The SHEA Education & Research Foundation is now accepting applications for the SHEA Advanced Practice Infection Prevention (IP) Award.  It is intended to recognize professional accomplishments and contributions to the science of infection prevention control/ healthcare epidemiology by an experienced professional in the field.  The award is given annually to a non-physician infection preventionist to support his/her continuing education and professional development. The award consists of $1,250, and a plaque.
